- 8 boneless skinless Small Game Breasts (or 4 Chicken boobs)
- 1 scoop (about 2 T.) Spitfire Gourmet Bougie Bouillon
- 1 cup Flour
- 2 Eggs
- 1 1⁄2 cups Panko Bread Crumbs
- 1 cup grated dry Parmesan
- 1 tsp. Pepper
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Line up 3 bowls for breading: 1. Flour and Spitfire Gourmet Bougie Bouillon mixture; 2. Eggs, beaten, and 3. Panko, Parmesan & Pepper.
- Cut Breasts into small strips, and roll in each mixture… 1, 2, 3. Place on a baking sheet, and bake at 500° until done (10 – 12 minutes).
- Dip in fun sauces, or serve on salad or buns.Gourmet Tip:
Marinating first is great, too, as it tenderizes while it flavors. Just mix 1/2 packet Spitfire Gourmet Bougie Bouillon
with 1/4 cup each Olive Oil & Vinegar, and marinate for 2+ hours. Then, simply eliminate the Spitfire Gourmet Bougie Bouillon from the flour mixture when breading.
