Scalloped Potatoes recipe
Chic & Creamy Scalloped Potatoes

YOUR LOCAL FRESH SHOPPING LIST:
♦ 1 1/2 T. (1/2 packet) Spitfire Gourmet Chic & Creamy
♦ 2 lbs. Potatoes (or 2 lbs. frozen hash browns)
♦ Dry Vermouth Wine (found at any liquor store)
♦ Half & Half
♦ Cream Cheese
♦ 4 oz. shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
♦ Milk
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Peel and slice 2 lbs. Potatoes thin (about 1/8”), and layer in a greased 9” x 9” baking dish.
2. In a sauce pan on low heat, whisk 1 1/2 T. (1/2 packet) Spitfire Gourmet Chic & Creamy into 1/4 c. Dry Vermouth Wine, and then stir in 1 cup Half & Half, 3 oz. Cream Cheese, and 4 oz. shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese until blended and warm.
3. Pour over potatoes, and bake at 375º for 45 mins (until done) Pour about 1/2 c. Milk over during baking for extra moistness if needed.
VARIATIONS:
♦ A great shortcut for this recipe is to use frozen potatoes (cubes or hash browns).
