Sweet Cranberry Bacon Green Salad Recipe

YOUR LOCAL FRESH SHOPPING LIST:
- 2 scoops Spitfire Gourmet Garlic Sweet Tang
- 32 oz. Lettuces
- 1 bunch Scallions (green onion)
- 4 strips Bacon (or cooked bits)
- 8 oz. Feta Cheese, crumbled
- 1⁄2 cup Red Wine Vinegar
- 1⁄2 cup Olive Oil
- 1⁄2 cup Craisins (dried cranberries)
- 1⁄2 cup Candied Walnuts (or Pecans)
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Mix the Garlic Sweet Tang Packet into the Olive Oil and Red Wine Vinegar.
- Toss with Lettuces, chopped Green Onion, cooked crumbled Bacon, Craisins and Feta Cheese crumbles. Top with Candied Walnuts or Pecans, and serve.Gourmet Tip:
Make the Salad Dressing in a shaker, so it’s easy to blend well before dumping on salad. Don’t overdress… Unused dressing keeps on the counter for up to 2 weeks! (No refrigeration needed, as olive oil will coagulate.)
