Broccoli Salad Recipe
Sweet & Tangy Broccoli Salad
This broccoli salad recipe can be made LOW CARB.
Prep & cook time: 20 mins. (8 servings)
YOUR LOCAL FRESH SHOPPING LIST:
♦ 3 strips Bacon
♦ 2 T. (1/2 packet) Spitfire Gourmet Sweet & Tangy
♦ 1/2 cup Sour Cream
♦ 1 T. ACV (Apple Cider Vinegar – \”from the mother\” is best)
♦ 4 cups (packed) Broccoli Florets
♦ 1 small Red Onion
♦ 1/2 cup Raisins
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Cut 3 strips Bacon into small pieces (Gourmet Tip: kitchen scissors work great for this), and cook in a small sauce pan. Drain most of the grease, and then stir in 2 T. (1/2 packet) Spitfire Gourmet Sweet & Tangy, 1/2 cup Sour Cream and 1 T. Apple Cider Vinegar.
2. Toss this sauce with 4 cups Broccoli Florets, 1/4 cup chopped Red Onion & 1/2 cup Raisins.
