BBQ Recipe
Sweet & Tangy BBQ Anything
This bbq recipe can easily be made LOW CARB.
Prep & cook time: 30 mins. (4 servings)
YOUR LOCAL FRESH SHOPPING LIST:
♦ 1-2 lbs. boneless Chicken, Beef or Pork (2-3 lbs. if bone-in)
♦ 2 T. (1/2 packet) Spitfire Gourmet Sweet & Tangy
♦ 1/3 cup your favorite BBQ Sauce
♦ 1/4 cup ACV (Apple Cider Vinegar \”from the mother\” is best)
♦ 1 T. EVOO (Extra Virgin Olive Oil)
♦ 2 Green Peppers
♦ 1 Onion
♦ 8 Buns
INGREDIENTS:
1. Stir 2 T. (1/2 packet) Spitfire Gourmet Sweet & Tangy into 1/3 cup of your favorite BBQ Sauce & 1/4 cup ACV (Apple Cider Vinegar). Spread on 2-3 lbs. Chicken, Beef or Pork. Baste while grilling, baking, or place all in a Crock Pot all day on low. GOURMET TIP: ACV \”from the mother\” promotes gut health, so is a healthy alternative in recipes.
2. Slice Green Peppers and Onion, and saute in about 1 T. EVOO. (If slow cooking the meat, just add the peppers and onions and cook with the meat.)
3. Serve all on Buns.
WINE: This recipe pairs great with Pinot Noir (red) or Chardonnay (white).
VARIATIONS:
♦ Works great in an Instant Pot or Crock Pot, too.
